Vicki Wolf - Biography
Vicki Wolf is an environmental writer who has written hundreds of articles for websites and publications. She also writes and produces EarthCare Radio, which airs in eight U. S. cities on the Pacifica Network.
In addition to environmental topics, Vicki also has written about health and medical science for more than 20 years. She is certified to teach Yoga of the Heart, the yoga-based stress management program used in the Dean Ornish Reversing Heart Disease Program and at Commonweal Cancer Retreat Center. Vicki’s mission is to help people get in touch with their own healing wisdom and have the information and resources they need to take care of themselves and the planet.

March 28, 2008 - Environmental Justice Encuentro: Skills Training, sponsored by UTMB Galveston and others - “Story of the Lost Waste Pits” - about investigation into how the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) discovered high levels of dioxin in waste pits submerged under the San Jacinto River
August 10, 2008 - Ethical Society, Austin, Texas - “The Connection Between Environment and Health”
Vicki lives in Austin, Texas where she sings and dances every chance she gets. She loves spending time in nature and traveling. Vicki has a daughter, Shelly, and son-in-law, Selasi, who also live in Austin.
