Vicki Wolf
Vicki Wolf is an independent writer and consultant. She has been writing for publications and websites, as well as producing television and radio programs about health and medical science for more than 20 years. More recently she has focused on writing about health and the environment. She also is a consultant on website content and design, and leadership communications.
Before starting Wolfsong Communications in 2000, Vicki was director of communications for Texas Health Resources in Dallas, Texas. Major projects include: “The Health Effects of Air Pollution,” a series for www.cleanhouston.org; development and editing of the CLEAN (Citizens’ League for Environmental Action Now) website; HealthSource with Dr. David Winter, a series of consumer health stories on WFAA-TV, and on radio station KVIL-FM, Dallas; HealthWatch, award-winning health series on KRLD-AM, Dallas; and A Cry for Tomorrow, a live townhall meeting on teen suicide via videoconferencing, sponsored by The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and funded by Hillcrest Foundation, Dallas, Texas.
Vicki lives in Austin, Texas where she teaches yoga and studies Spanish and guitar.
